You’re not alone in this.

Navigate Wellbeing is a therapeutic space for people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, low mood, or relationship difficulties, and who may be struggling to express their needs, or unsure why certain situations affect them the way they do.

You may be going through a life transition or navigating loss. You may be feeling emotionally exhausted or disconnected from your feelings. You may find yourself worried about people’s availability and struggling to manage your emotional reactions.

Therapy can offer a space to slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin to approach yourself and others differently.

Who's behind Navigate Wellbeing

Hi, I’m Inés Olivares.

A woman with long brown hair, wearing a black turtleneck and a dark blazer, sitting against a plain light-colored wall.

I’m a BACP Accredited psychodynamic and integrative therapist.

Over the years, my work has increasingly focused on how our relationships and experiences of emotional safety can shape the way we feel about ourselves, others, and the world around us.

I aim to offer a space that feels calm, thoughtful, and emotionally safe. A space where you can explore difficult experiences openly and feel genuinely understood. Over time, therapy can help you communicate your needs more openly, approach relationships and emotions with greater clarity and confidence, and navigate them in ways that feel healthier and more fulfilling.

Witnessing that process unfold is one of the greatest privileges of my work.

What I value in therapy

Curiosity

Approaching emotions and reactions with openness rather than criticism or shame.

Flexibility

I see value in integrating different therapeutic approaches and adapting the work to each person’s individual needs and experiences.

Collaboration

Working together to understand emotional experiences, relationships, and patterns more deeply.

Privacy

Creating a space that feels personal, confidential, and emotionally safe to explore difficult experiences openly.

Respect

I recognise and value the uniqueness of each individual, and approach different experiences, identities, and cultures with openness and respect.

Testimonials

The words below belong to former clients who chose to share something about their experience of therapy. Each reflects a personal and unique experience of our work together.

  • " I always felt a sense of closeness from your side of the relationship that made me feel completely safe in that space, while also encouraging me to challenge myself and go deeper in my own reflections."

    — C.P.

  • "I never felt limited, judged, or constrained by rigidity while working together, and that allowed me to be vulnerable in a way that felt genuinely comfortable and honest. I felt seen. I truly carry that experience with a lot of gratitude and affection."

    — C.P.

  • "I honestly don’t think I had ever reflected on myself so much or uncovered so many patterns within myself as I did during that process with you. And I feel like that came not only from your ability to listen, but also from the way you accompanied me through it: your warmth, the kinds of questions you asked me, being able to laugh together, and the very human and nonjudgmental way you held the space."

    — C.P.

  • "My experience of therapy with Ines was incredibly positive and transformative. I felt that she guided me through the healing process with compassion and care and in a gentle and balanced way. I always felt like I was being met where I was and Ines helped me to instil trust in myself and my feelings/ thoughts/ decisions."

    — G. M.

  • "I had multiple big realisations in my therapy sessions with Ines that have fundamentally changed how I live my life now. I look back on my time in therapy with Ines with fondness and gratefulness for having that therapeutic space to feel a new found internal calmness."

    — G. M.
